No Fix No Fee
No Fix No Fee only applies to single call outs or workshop repairs. It does not apply to our PC Clean Up Service. If you call us out and are outside of our free call out zone you will still be liable to pay the callout charge.
Free Call Out Area
Locations that are eligible for free callout include:
Barton Seagrave, Broughton, Burton Latimer, Corby, Desborough, Kettering, Market Harborough, Pytchley, Rothwell and surrounding villages. Click here for a map.
Warranty
All repair work is guaranteed for a period of 30 days from the date of repair. New hardware is guaranteed for the time specified by the manufacturer which can vary from one to five years.
Maintenance Contracts
We reserve the right to declare items of hardware as beyond economical repair if parts become unavailable or uneconomical to replace. If this does occur you will be refunded the remaining proportion of the maintenance contract related to the item of hardware.
Components not covered by maintenance contracts include (but are not exclusive to) the following:

| Laser Printers | Toner cartridges, photosensitive drums, ozone filters |
| Dot Matrix printers | Print heads and ribbons |
| Band Printers | Print bands and ribbons |
| Removable Media | Floppy discs, Zip discs, optical discs, USB memory sticks etc. |
